I read this yesterday and just had to share it. (can be adapted as a Pastor's Prayer)

A Teacher's Prayer

Pray to hear the Holy Spirit. Pray for discernment. Pray for wisdom. Pray about what to teach. Pray to have an attractive personality. Pray for a sense of humor. Pray that your lesson will flow smoothly. Pray for your students. Pray that God will give you favor with the students. Pray that God will meet their needs. Pray that people will be saved. Pray that minds will be restored. Pray for healing of wounded spirits. Pray for the mending of broken hearts. Pray that students will remember. Pray that students will apply what they have learned. Pray! Pray! Pray!
